This is a variation of the basic exercise for the back. This version is for those who cannot do pull-ups yet.
This exercise is performed in a gravitron machine.
Set the resistance level.
The heavier the weight you set in the gravitron, the easier the exercise is.
Grasp the handles in a palms-down grip.
In a balancing position with your arms slightly bent at the elbows, make sure your knees are bent and placed on the supporting platform.
As you exhale, slowly pull your body up until your chest touches the pull-up bar.
Pause for 1-2 seconds, then, as you inhale, slowly go back to the starting position.
Negative repetitions load the nervous system a lot. Therefore try to do traditional pull-ups soon.
