An exercise to develop the deltoids and build shoulders.
Stand in front of a crossover or a pulley machine and grasp a bar cable that is attached to a low pulley.
Take a breath and as you exhale pull the cable bar up lifting your elbows until your palms get a little higher than your shoulders.
Return to the starting position as you inhale.
Always keep your forearms parallel to the floor.
To make this exercise easier, imagine that your arms end at the elbows and are linked to the handle.
You can try different variations of the handles. Select the one which is the most comfortable for you.
