This exercise strengthens allocating muscles of the hips, abs and arms.
Start on your hands and feet with your knees bent.
Look straight in front of you or slightly down.
Start moving forward and make sure your elbows and knees face forward.
When you get to the end of the room you can either go backward or turn around and go the other direction.
Watch the position of your joints, especially when you try to increase the speed and intensity of the exercise.
Always check the surface before you start doing the exercise.
Do not lift your head up, as it can lead to injury.
