Skipping rope is a simple cardio exercise that allows you to increase endurance and improve coordination.
Adjust the rope to your height before you begin the exercise.
To find out the ideal length, you need to stand both feet on the middle of the rope and adjust the length so that your outstretched hands are about the middle of the chest (or look at your armpits).
Choose a soft surface for this exercise - a runway or gym. This will lower the pressure on your knees until you get used to it.
The landing should be soft, with an emphasis on the footpads (the front part of the sole of the foot). In the basic technique skip the rope on both feet, the heels should not touch the floor.
