Instructions

Sit down on the machine. Put your legs on special pads.

As you exhale, slowly spread your legs out to the sides.

Do not pause and begin to slowly return to the starting position.

Movements must be performed at the pelvis, and not in the knee or ankle joint.

Keep your back straight, do not arch the lower back.
