 An exercise to develop the adductors.

Instructions

Sit down on the machine. Your legs should be widely apart.

Slowly press against the machine with your legs to move them towards each other while exhaling.

Do not pause, begin to slowly return to the starting position.

Typical mistakes and tips

Movements must be performed at the pelvis, and not in the knee or ankle joint.

Keep your back straight, do not arch the lower back.
