An isolation exercise for the triceps. It allows you to work each hand separately.
Stand up with your feet shoulder width apart.
Hold the dumbbell with your arm extended vertically.
As you inhale, bend your elbow.
The dumbbell should almost touch your forehead and/or back of the head.
As you exhale, extend your arm.
Repeat the exercise with other hand.
The exercise is dangerous for the elbow joints. Don't use it too much and do not pick a heavy weight.
