A crossfit exercise to burn fat, develop explosive strength and increase stamina.
Lower into a squatting position, place your hands on the floor in front of you, feet shoulder-width apart.
Kick your feet back to get in push-up position.
As you exhale kick your feet back to your starting position.
Without pausing, make a short breath and jump into the air. clapping your arms overhead.
Remember to always perform a soft landing after the jump, which means never locking the knees.
