Stand straight, arms at the side.
Put your rear foot up on the bench or a chair.
As you inhale lower down toward the floor, until the knee of your front leg gets 90 degree.
Your rear leg should also lower down at the maximum, your knee almost touches the floor.
As you exhale, without pausing, return to the starting position. Avoid extending your legs fully.
You can use additional weight (dumbbells or a backpack), but start doing exercise without it to keep balance easier.
Do not release your knee and fall sharply, bend your knee carefully.
Make sure that your knee is at 90 degrees.
